EAGLE V9

The Eagle V9 is designed to be an ultra-rigid 5-axis vertical machining center with the capacity to handle a 1,100-pound workpiece on a 23.6-inch table surface. The Heidenhain iTNC-530 control unit is mounted on a moveable pedestal for optimal positioning convenience. The Eagle V9 is designed with side opening in the casting to allow robot loading from either side with pallets up to 19.7” square.

The Eagle V9 gantry-type 5-axis machining center is built and designed to be highly rigid and incredibly precise. To achieve high rigidity and fine finish, the Eagle V9 employs a U-shape polymer concreate base, with B-axis support and a high-quality rotary table C-axis. It is also equipped with 36,000 RPM integrated spindle, a heavy-duty, roller-type linear guideways, and Dual Gantry Drive (two ball screws and linear glass scales in both the X and Y-axis). The Eagle V9 is capable of performing high-precision cuts with the X-, Y-, Z-, B- and C-axes moving simultaneously. Inclined surface machining, spiral contour machining, irregular contour machining and other complex cutting tasks can be made simple with the Eagle V9.

The Eagle V9’s B-axis uses a zero backlash gear drive while the C-rotary axis utilizes a direct drive motor, complimented with direct rotary encoders. This is superior to the conventional worm gear setup in drive transmission and power efficiencies.

LU-800

5 Axis Machining CenterThe LU-800 is designed to be an ultra-rigid 5-axis machining center with the capacity to handle a 2,200-pound workpiece on a 31.5-inch table surface. The Heidenhain iTNC-530 control unit is mounted for optimal convenience with easy height adjustment. With two opening doors in front and a sliding roof system, the LU-800 lends itself to both manual and crane part loading and unloading.

The LU-800 gantry-type 5-axis machining center is built and designed to be highly rigid and incredibly precise. To achieve high rigidity, the LU-800 employs a U-shape base, with A-axis support and a high-quality rotary table C-axis. It is also equipped with 12,000 RPM direct drive spindle, a heavy-duty, roller-type linear guideway, and 3-axis linear scales. The LU-800 is capable of performing high-precision cuts with the X-, Y-, Z-, A- and C-axes moving simultaneously. Inclined surface machining, spiral contour machining, irregular contour machining and other complex cutting tasks can be made simple with the LU-800.

The LU-800’s A- and C-rotary axes utilize direct drive motors, complimented with rotary encoders. This is superior to the conventional worm gear setup in drive transmission and power efficiencies.

LU-620

LU-620 5 Axis Machining CenterThe LU-620’s are full feature 5 axis machining centers designed to be compact and capable of handling a 660-pound workpiece on a 25.6-inch table surface. The Heidenhain iTNC-530 control unit is mounted for optimal convenience with easy height adjustment. With both front and side opening doors, the LU-620 lends itself to both manual and automated part loading and unloading.

The LU-620 is an advanced, multi-tasking 5-axis, 12,000RPM spindle, vertical machining center designed for producing complicated parts at high speeds. With a 5-axis control configuration, 32-position ATC and CAT-40 tooling, complex machining can be accomplished on the LU-620 in one setup. This dramatically reduces machining time, while helping you stay competitive.

The highly rigid NC rotating/tilting rotary table is equipped with direct drive motors and Heidenhain rotary shaft encoders. The result is excellent accuracy when performing complicated parts machining.

The X-, Y- and Z-axes are equipped with roller pack linear guides, direct drive motors and a Heidenhain linear glass scale system for smooth linear motion and prompt detection of thermal displacement.
